Options for saving and rendering a workbook, and a streaming writer for large exports.

• SaveOptions, CsvOptions and HtmlOptions shape the files the Workbook.save* methods write.
• PdfOptions and ImageOptions shape PDF and image output; Renderer renders with them, as the Workbook.render* methods do.
• StreamWorkbook writes an XLSX file row by row in memory that does not grow with the row count. Use it for a large export that never needs to read back, edit or recalculate the whole workbook.
