Aggregate function for Sheet.subtotal(int, int, int, io.keikai.axyra.sheets.SubtotalFunction, int...), by Excel SUBTOTAL code. The inserted formulas use codes 1 to 11, so rows hidden by hand still count; rows hidden by a filter do not.
