Process-global licensing facade.

Licensing is a per-deployment fact, not a per-workbook one: a single license state is shared by every Workbook in the JVM. Install a token with Workbook.setLicense(byte[]) and inspect the state with Workbook.licenseStatus() or the helpers here.

Enforcement is off by default. An unlicensed engine still produces full output; degradation (evaluation watermark + row cap on save) only happens when the AXYRA_LICENSE_ENFORCE=1 environment variable or the axyra.license.enforce=1 system property is set.

isFeatureEnabled

public static boolean isFeatureEnabled(String feature)

Whether the current license enables feature. Use this to guard premium calls in SDK code. Unlicensed / evaluation states enable nothing; a licensed feature list containing "*" enables everything.
