Record Components:
signerName - the subject Common Name of the signing certificate (or the full subject DN when the certificate has no CN); null when the signature embeds no certificate
algorithm - the signature algorithm, e.g. "RSA-SHA256" or "ECDSA-P256-SHA256"; the raw algorithm URI when the algorithm is outside the supported set
signedAt - the signer-asserted signing time as recorded in the signature (ISO-8601, e.g. 2026-01-02T03:04:05Z); null when not recorded. This value is part of the signed content but the clock is the signer's claim — it is not an independent timestamp.
status - the verification outcome
detail - a human-readable explanation for SignatureInfo.Status.INVALID / SignatureInfo.Status.UNSUPPORTED outcomes (e.g. which part's digest mismatched); null for SignatureInfo.Status.VALID

Validation report for one package digital signature — an OPC (ECMA-376 Part 2 §13) XML signature found in the workbook file when it was opened.

A read view returned by Workbook.signatures(). The engine verifies cryptographic integrity: every signed part digest and the signature value are checked against the certificate embedded in the signature. It deliberately does not evaluate certificate trust — no chain building, expiry or revocation checks; callers who need a trust decision must evaluate the signer certificate with their own PKI policy.
